Custom Machine
A major office furniture manufacturer was seeking a way to press fabric inserts into extrusions.  Working with the Mar-Bel staff, a specialized unit was designed and built with customized rolls, altered roll coatings, variable speed, height adjusting mechanisms, quad rollers, 85" roll face and other tweaks which allowd the unit to accomplish its task.  The unit was so successful the customer ordered another.
