Rotary Press - 
Process Concrete Slabs

A Third World Country required a specially constructed rotary press to process gunnite/concrete slabs with a styrofoam substrate for low income housing construction. Specially covered rolls were required to counteract the severe abrasion encountered in this application.  Features including a  ten inch maximum opening, custom length rolls, special drive requirements, etc. were so effective in providing the desired results that a second machine was ordered with the possibility of two more being required in the near future.
