Industrial Pricing Pinch/Nip Rollers

Effective May 1, 2004

All pinch rollers feature a top roll that is 1-1/2" longer than the bottom roll on one side to accommodate  raised edge of up to 2". All standard motors are 1/4 hp, split phase, 110v, 60hz, totally enclosed, fan cooled gear motors. Front and rear safety gates and motor brake are standard equipment. See product literature for a description of safety features, product warranty and options available.

Open End Models

The open-ended PRO series has  "c" frame which gives it the capacity of working with "L" shapes and oversize flat widths whose un-pressed area can also be run through the machine by rotating it 180 degrees in a horizontal plane. Thus, a 72" wide panel can be pressed in a 61-1/2" machine by making two passes. Mar-Bel's open ended pinch roller is the only production model presently manufactured in the United States for the woodworking industry.
