MSL-1 MULTIPLE SLITTER

FEATURES

The new MSL-1 Multiple Slitter from Mar-Bel is designed to provide its owner with maximum throughput of material, whether laminate or veneer, over a variety of thicknesses, easily slitting a vertical or countertop grade without adjustment for variation in material thickness. This throughput is delivered with an ease not found in any machine twice its price.

UPWARDLY MOBILE: Additional cutters can be added as needed-motor horsepower may need to be stepped up from the initial purchase configuration.

SELF-FEEDING: Powered infeed rollers hold the material during the cutting operation.

SAFE: Safety gate has an automatic shutoff and reset relay working with an electronic motor brake.

ACCURACY: Allowed cutting tolerance is 1/16" to a straightedge.

CUT: Minimum cut of 3/4" between blades-can be reduced to 1/2" if alternate blade orientations.

SPEED: Exclusive movable cutterheads for rapid changing of cut dimensions.

POWER: Powered by 1/2 HP totally enclosed motor with inline reducer. 110V 60 HZ single phase.

INSTALLATION: Minimal, requires power outlet and simple infeed/outfeed tables.
